Material requirement for the wood pellet making machine:
1.The moisture content can be different according to different raw materials.
Generally we require sawdust moisture content as 10-18% while mixing the material evently.
2.The length of materia can not exceed the diameter of the die hole.
3.Eigher single kind of material or mixed material is ok.
Please note the oron ore briquette, stone or ther hard objects can not be mixed in the material.
4.The wood pellet machine is designed to pelletize without binder.
However, we recommend binder in order to incease output and prolong use life of die, roller and other wearing parts.
